My journey to mastering Airbnb's algorithm wasn't by choice. It was pure survival.

When COVID hit in 2020 the majority of my Airbnb reservations were cancelled. I had 130 Airbnbs at the time and I was bleeding money daily. The threat of homelessness was real again, but I refused to give up.

I turned my portfolio into a testing ground. While others panicked, I experimented with everything I could think of. I tweaked listings, adjusted pricing, and tracked every tiny change that moved the needle.

Having 103 Airbnbs gave me an advantage most hosts don't have: enough data to run real split tests.
